Not happy with your Loek? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Here's how it works.
How to return your Loek
- Email us with your order number and the reason for return within 14 days of receiving your product.
- We'll confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
- Send the product - in its original condition and packaging - to the return address below. Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.
Pack your return well
Your Loek is fragile - pack it securely so it reaches us undamaged.
- Use the original box with its padding if you can. Make sure the device can't move around inside the box.
- Give the e‑ink screen extra protection: wrap the device in bubble wrap or other soft material. The screen is glass and can crack.
- Include all parts and accessories that came with it (cable, stand, etc.).
- Print the confirmation email of your return request (or your order confirmation) and enclose it in the box so we can match your return to your order.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (such as firmware downloads) once delivery has started with your explicit consent.
Faulty or damaged on arrival?
If your device is defective or arrives damaged, you don't need to use the right of withdrawal - contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement under warranty.
